AI Sentiment Analysis

Evaluating whether an AI engine's mentions of a brand are positive, neutral, or negative, and which specific attributes it associates with the brand.

Why it goes beyond mention count

A brand can be mentioned frequently and still be described unfavorably, or associated with the wrong attributes (described as "budget" when it's trying to position as premium, for example). Sentiment tracking catches that a simple mention count would miss.

Recurring attributes

Tracking the specific words and attributes an engine repeatedly associates with a brand — reliable, expensive, easy to use, enterprise-ready — shows what's actually shaping how the model talks about it, which is often more actionable than sentiment alone.
