• Don't attempt to access data that isn't yours
• Don't use the service to violate any applicable law

AI visibility scores, mentions, and recommendations are generated through automated analysis and are provided for informational purposes. We work to make results accurate and useful, but they are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free.

MentioningYou and its branding, product design and underlying technology belong to us. You retain ownership of any content and data you provide to us.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, MentioningYou is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of MentioningYou after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
