Author Entity

A clearly identified, verifiable person credited as the writer of a piece of content, with a consistent identity across the sites they publish on.

Why it matters for AI trust

A named author with a real, consistent presence — a bio, other published work, a recognizable identity across sites — gives an AI system a stronger basis for treating content as credible than an anonymous or generic byline.

Building the entity, not just the byline

A single name on a page isn't enough. A genuine author entity is reinforced by consistent naming, matching bio details, and cross-links between the author's profile and their published work across multiple sites.
