Claude Artifacts
A Claude feature that renders substantial output — code, documents, diagrams — in a separate interactive panel rather than inline in the chat.
What it is, and why it barely touches visibility tracking
Artifacts is a workspace pane alongside the conversation where Claude can generate and iteratively update things like a webpage, a chart, or a document, letting the user preview and refine the output. It's a production feature, not a retrieval feature — it doesn't browse the web or cite sources on its own, so it has little direct bearing on citation-style AI-visibility tracking. It matters mainly as context: it's part of why users increasingly get finished work directly from a model instead of clicking through to a brand's site.
