Why does an engine give inconsistent answers about my brand?

AI models are non-deterministic by design — the same prompt can return a different answer, with different brands mentioned, from one run to the next. That's exactly why we track prompts on an ongoing basis instead of relying on a single snapshot: the trend across many runs tells you far more than any one answer.
