Benchmark Report

A recurring report that compares a brand's AI visibility metrics against a defined set of competitors, across engines and prompts, on a set cadence.

What it contains

A benchmark report typically lines up share of voice, sentiment, inclusion rate and recommendation rate for a brand against the same metrics for two or three named competitors, refreshed weekly or monthly. It's built for comparison, not diagnosis — it shows relative standing, not necessarily why the standing is what it is.

How it differs from an audit

An AI visibility audit is a one-time deep dive that establishes a baseline and surfaces root causes. A benchmark report is the ongoing, lighter-weight cadence that tracks whether that baseline is improving relative to competitors over time.
