What if my brand name is common or generic and hard to track?

Generic names make it harder to tell whether an engine's answer is really about you or about an unrelated word or business. We match mentions using surrounding context, your category, and your website, but very generic names can still produce occasional false positives or misses — it's worth reviewing flagged mentions yourself early on.
