Thin Content
Pages that offer little substantive information — short, generic, or largely duplicative of content that already exists elsewhere.
Why it's a liability, not just neutral
Thin content doesn't just fail to help. A site with many thin pages can drag down how a crawler or ranking system perceives the site's overall quality, even on its stronger pages.
What to do with it
The standard fix is to either substantially expand thin pages with genuine depth, consolidate several thin pages into one comprehensive page, or remove them outright.
