Engine Parity

How consistent a brand's visibility metrics are when the same prompt set is run across different AI platforms — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and others.

How it works

Engine parity compares a metric like share of voice, sentiment or inclusion rate for the same prompt set run separately on each platform. High parity means the numbers land close together across engines; low parity means a brand looks strong on one platform and nearly invisible on another.

Why it matters

Each engine trains on different data, weighs sources differently, and updates on its own schedule, so there's no guarantee that strong visibility on one platform carries over to another. Low parity flags a real blind spot — an engine a buyer might be using where the brand simply doesn't come up.
